Real Life Ministries developed the Church Training and Development Team for supporting and partnering with churches. God has guided us to share what we have learned in areas of Intentional Leadership, Alignment, Relational Environments and Discipleship Process.  The Church Training and Development Team offers training through our Immersion I experience, Immersion II & III, Coaching, Residency, Church plant boot camp, Small group leaders training.
